Liz has postponed new date to TBClIZ HAS POSTPONED NEW DATE TBCDevelop strength, grace and coordination with Liz Larks dynamic, creative yoga practice, developed from methods of Hatha Yoga (sun/moon balance). 12 noon till 5pm. Lunch 2pm-3pm. 12-2pm, Dynamic flowing solar practise, focussing on grounding, standing laterals and twists. Bandhas and Breath will be explored. 3-5pm Slower flowing Lunar practise, focusing on deep forward bends with hip openers. Mudra and Sound will be introduced. Liz specialises in sequencing postures creatively, inspired by her background in Arts (BA 3D Design, MA Performing Arts) and Teacher Training (BWY, Yoga Alliance, Astanga Vinyasa) and Bodywork.
