Dynamic Vinyasa - a powerful class using Yoga Dharma exclusive sequences. This class will lead the student into advanced postures exploring the limits of your practice. Suitable for intermediate and advanced. Master class-learn how to float in & out of postures/handstands/deep meditation techniques/philosophy. Director of teaching.
Free style Yoga class- freedom and fun to be fit, best describe these classes. An invigorating energetic class designed to get up a sweat, and burn off those unwanted pounds.
Groove Yoga- chill out yoga to relaxing vibes. Move into your postures with ease while listening to chilled out tunes.
Vinyasa flow - a class using Yoga Dharma exclusive sequences. Working through a sequence of dynamic stretches using powerful breathing methods to prepare the body for more advanced practices. Suitable for intermediate & advanced beginners.Beginners flow- as above for beginners improver's.
Mixed level flow - a class that is the meeting point between dynamic and beginners yoga. Using probing opening stretches & working into deeper postures. Includes Yoga Dharma exclusive sequences. Suitable for all levels.
Mystore style - the traditional way of practising Astanga Vinyasa Yoga. Students work through a series of postures at there own pace with full instuction and adjustments from the teacher. Suitable for all levels.Director with assistance of Junior teacher
Prepare to Meditate - part 1 easy excercises to prepare for part 2, a gentle meditation. Director.
Sun Salutation and Surya Namaskara Secrets (Junior teacher) - a student teacher on our own training course. This class uses the sun salutation sequence only, it is a great way to try out a yoga class. Not suitable for students with injuries or health issues.
