Four week beginners courses covering all the essentials of a yoga practise. A down to earth approach covering basic stretches, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation, giving the student all they need to continue their own practise or to take one of our new year classes. This is an approachable introduction covering forward bends, twisting and very gentle openers for back bending.
