Lola Lewis

In 2012 Lola had a riding accident which fractured her spine, neck, shoulder (and broke some ribs, too!) After physiotherapy she tried Pilates and then discovered yoga and never looked back. She fell in love with the philosophy and history of yoga and knew after her first class that she wanted to study and teach.

Yoga not only helped heal Lola’s body but also it helped her manage day-to-day life, both physically and mentally, while she cared for her terminally ill mother. Lola has experienced the powerful effects of yoga as both a healing and transformational tool and feels it is a privilege to be able to share that with others.

It is Lola’s ambition to one day combine both equestrianism and yoga – bringing yoga to the saddle, to help improve riders capabilities and bring the best out in both rider and horse.
