Yoga back bends with correct alignment and modifications for all levels. From dropping into Urdhva Dhanurasana, or learning how to correctly lift into Setu bandhasana (bridge) safely and effectively. Learning how to open the spine through aligning the body, will improve your posture and keep you safe. This workshop will use a variety of techniques including using props and partner work, modifying postures for beginners, or allowing for advanced students.
