FRIDAY WIND DOWN
Move, meditate & wind down into the weekend
This class will ease out the tensions of the week with gentle stretches to open the whole body. Although gentle it will be an expertly crafted sequence allowing for everyone within the class to feel relaxed and ready for the weekend. Once the body is relaxed the breath or prana (life force) flows more freely throughout the body carrying new life and energy to every part. A short mediation/visualisation rounds off the evening to leave you ready for an amazing weekend.
