Gentle yoga by candlelight is a relaxing and warming class for Autumn as the evenings draw in. Soothing music in a nourishing environment with gentle stretches, supported with a deep relaxation will leave you with a warm glow to meet the changing season.

Your teacher Sue is an experienced member of the Yoga Dharma team. All our teachers are trained within our own training academy, and have a minimum of 500 hours of training each.

The class is suitable fro all levels.
