KRIYA VINYASA FLOW

Enjoy this seamless flowing sequence of postures which open the body and mind with grace and integrity, build strength and stamina with finesse and poise.  While this class is free flowing and allowing for individual expression, it will always be supported with clear instruction for personal alignment. This class begins with traditional Hatha yoga Kriyas (Shat karmas) which heat the body internally and dramatically improve deep core stability.
