Poor posture is responsible for a broad range of health problems and not just the obvious back, shoulder and neck issues. According to an article in Harvard Health, other posture related health problems such as poor balance, headaches, sleep problems, fatigue and breathing complications are as a result of poor posture.  

This class resolves postural imbalance through a thorough and intelligent appraisal of individual ability and applying a range of yoga postures and techniques to harmonize individual postural alignment.
