Beginner’s level 2 is a more general beginners class, as opposed to Beginner’s level 1, which is aimed at a more remedial level.
A Beginners level 2 class will usually include a full range of movement, including standing postures, seated postures, breathing exercises, and inversions. All the postures will be either modified to everyone as required individually, or the postures will be broken down for the whole class.
A Beginner’s level 2 class may target areas including core strength, but the class will consider individual levels within a group setting. In practice this means a Beginner’s level 2 class can be for anyone from complete beginner to more practised.
