Beginners Meditation

Learning to control the fluctuations of the mind has enormous benefits, enabling us to focus our attention, like a laser beam on a given task. By using the tried and tested methods from classical yoga, we learn how take control of the mind, and develop the skill of directing the mind at will to a given task.

Your teacher will guide you to deeper and deeper levels of concentration, with a controlled and systematic process.  The art of meditation is a scientific process, which if applied with the aid of a skilful teacher follows a path to ultimate liberation.
